Information about you held on our database will be treated as confidential. Team Kits Fore You will undertake not to supply your personal information to any third party.

Payment
All goods shown on the Team Kits Fore You site are priced in Sterling and include VAT but not UK delivery charges. See Delivery below for International Shipment charges.
Payment for your order may be made by MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Switch. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Team Kits Fore You does not hold details relating to your credit card.
Delivery
Delivery of Kits will vary subject to manufacture and requirements. Subject to stock availability orders placed will be dispatched to you the 7/14 days and will be dispatched via Courier. Should an item be out of stock or special order then an email will be sent to you confirming this together with an estimated delivery time.
Stock Items
Delivery will be made through a next day service if ordered before 1 PM. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following day.
Special order Items – Team Kits etc.
Delivery will take between 7 & 21 days depending on the item
Overseas Delivery Charges
There will be an additional delivery charge for all orders to be shipped overseas. Please contact Team Kits Fore You by email: sportsforeyou@btconnect.com or by telephone 01237 477757 with your international shipment requirements and we will confirm the extra delivery charges to be incurred.
Returns Policy
We will accept the return of any item (Except Printed Kits)for exchange or refund within a period of 7 days of receipt subject to the item being returned in unused condition complete with original packaging and having in place all manufacturer’s labels and tags.
To return an item please send a copy of the Invoice with the item to South West Sports Ltd, 23 Farm Road, Caddsdown Business Centre, Bideford, North Devon EX39 3BE. Please ensure that you return the item by a secure service such as registered post as Team Kits Fore You cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that for non faulty items returned we will refund the cost of the goods but not the original postal charges. You will be required to pay the costs of return postage. Items returned that are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied will be refunded in full to include the original postal charges. If Kits have been numbered they cannot be returned.
Complaints
We endeavour at Team Kits Fore You to provide our customers with the very best products and exceptional service. However, if you have any reason for complaint please email sportsforeyou@btconnect.com. All complaints will be acknowledged on the day of receipt and we will endeavor to resolve all complaints within three working days.
